James Mitchell

James has over ten years of experience in Private Equity deal origination and investing.

He started his Private Equity career at H.I.G. Capital where he headed the London origination team. Subsequently he was a Vice President in the Private Equity Coverage team of KPMG, assisting Private Equity clients with deal origination and ultimately was head of the function.

Prior to joining Navora, James was a Director and led deal origination for Longacre Group, an operationally focused investor where he had a successful four years and sourced a number of investments.
