Anne McGoldrick

With over 25 years of leadership in global software businesses, Anne brings deep deal and integration experience to her role at Navora. Most recently, Anne served as CFO of Longview Solutions, a leading provider of Corporate Performance Management, Tax and BI solutions, guiding the company from February 2018 through their recent successful exit to Insightsoftware. 

Anne gained her foundational software and transaction experience during her 14 years at SunGard Data Systems through roles of increasing responsibility across the company's then $2B+ software business, culminating in the role of Vice President and Group CFO, Enterprise Solutions Group. Anne’s deal experience included sourcing, due diligence, investment committee and integration responsibility across more than 15 transactions during her tenure.

From 2007 – 2012, Anne served as both CFO and Board Director of Solarsoft, a Marlin Equity Partners portfolio company, guiding the company in its initial buy and build strategy and through its successful exit to Epicor. Between 2011 – 2012 at Marlin Equity Partners, Anne was involved in several transactions as a consultant, working alongside the funds’ operating partners providing advisory and due diligence services.

Between 2012 and 2017, Anne led the founding and launch of Independence Mission Schools (IMS), a $26m non- profit organisation based in Philadelphia, PA. Anne is currently a board member of Cristo Rey Philadelphia High School and the EMH Foundation. She graduated from Boston College, cum laude.
